Upon approval and verification of credit card information, your order will be placed with the manufacturer within 1-2 business days. Typically shipments then take approximately 7 to 10 business days to be delivered. Certain orders may require special processing due to limited quantities. babyfloors will notify customers who have placed orders for these “out of stock” items. On average, most items are shipped within 1 week. However, some items have longer lead times, including custom orders that may take up to 10 weeks. Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. How do you ship your rugs and what are your shipping charges? Our rugs are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or a trucking line. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. What is Freight Shipping? Certain items available on babyfloors are required to be shipped via a 3rd party freight carrier, rather than standard carriers, because they are too heavy or require special handling. If your purchase will be delivered via a Freight service, you will be contacted by the Freight company via telephone 1-2 days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment. You will need to be present to sign for the item. Unless otherwise specified, all shipments via Freight are brought to the curbside only. For any questions regarding Freight Delivery, please contact us via email at CustomerService@babyfloors.com. Please include your order number in all communications. RETURNS & EXCHANGES Can I return an item that I'm not satisfied with? If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 15 days, babyfloors will be happy to process a return for you. A 15% re-stocking fee applies for all rugs returned and the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. How do I return an item? It is important that you contact us at Returns@babyfloors.com prior to sending an item back. We will give you a number unique to your return, and the particular warehouse address the item should be sent to. If you fail to contact us for this information, we may not know who sent back the item which may delay processing your return. How will I receive my refund/credit? Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the credit card used for purchase. Orders paid by check will receive a check.
